Disable access

Please note that this venue doesn't have a lift so wheelchairs can only access easily the ground floor area where main room and lunch will be served.

Access to the upstairs rooms is via stairs only. We may be able to provide some assistance with the aid of volunteers so if you requiere assistance please contact geekchickuk (at) gmail.com as soon as possible so we can try to make the necessary arrangements.

 

Food & Drink

Breakfast and lunch will be provided free of charge.

This will be a basic affair but we will be feed. Coffee, tea and water will be available throughout the day also free of charge.

The venue has requested that no food or drink is to be brought from outside to be consumed at the premises.

Worse still please note "alcoholic brevages" are strictly prohibited inside the venue. BIG Sorry!

The good news is that there are plenty of bars and cafes near the venue so you can nip out easily and get whatever you fancy

We will do all we can to accomodate special dietary requirements but give us the heads up! see what we can do. No promises.
